Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Verix7, our advertising and campaign management platform. By accessing or using Verix7, you agree to these Terms. If you use Verix7 on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

Using Verix7

Verix7 is a campaign management and advertising operations platform provided by Averionyx Systems LLP. You may use the service only in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and any agreement between your organisation and us.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and all activity carried out through your account. Organisation administrators may create, manage, suspend, or remove user access. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of content and data submitted to Verix7. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content to provide the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights, permissions, notices, and lawful basis to upload or process campaign, lead, customer, or other personal data through Verix7.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse Verix7, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the service, introduce malicious code, infringe another person’s rights, or use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity. We may investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.

Third-party services

Verix7 may connect to third-party advertising, messaging, analytics, or other services selected by you or your organisation. Your use of those services is governed by their separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or actions.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Verix7 available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our control. We may modify or discontinue features and will provide notice where reasonably appropriate.

Fees and payment

Where applicable, fees, billing terms, usage limits, and renewal terms are set out in your order form, subscription, or other commercial agreement. If there is a conflict, the applicable commercial agreement controls those terms.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Verix7 at any time, subject to any applicable commercial agreement. We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, for security reasons, for non-payment, or for a material breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue will survive termination.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Verix7 is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Neither these Terms nor the service limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Any additional warranty, liability, or indemnity terms are governed by your applicable commercial agreement.

Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Verix7 after an update becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.
